众所周知，我国目前正在进行大力的高考改革，且部分省份已陆续启动，其中河北省正是即将实行新高考的省份之一。那么，2021河北高考试卷变化有哪些？英语可以考两次吗？

一、2021河北高考试卷变化

首先，河北省是我国第三批高考综合改革试点省份之一，将在2021年开始“新高考”，而在高考试卷方面的变化主要包括：

变化1：命题单位

此前，河北省每年的每科高考试卷都是由教育部考试中心统一命题；而河北2021年高考时，除了语、数、外三科仍然是由教育部命题以外，其他科目（选择考） 则由河北省统一命题、统一考试、统一组织阅卷、统一公布成绩。

变化2：试卷类别

截止至2020年，河北省多年来一直使用的是难度较大的全国卷Ⅰ。2021年起，语文、数学、外语三门全国统一考试科目则会使用一种新的全国卷，也就是“新高考全国卷”；而物、化、生、政、史、地这些选择考科目，则将用由河北省自主命题的“河北卷”。

同时，河北省2021年的“新高考全国卷”很有可能跟辽宁、广东、重庆、湖北、湖南、江苏、福建等省市一样。

变化3：考试范围

河北省2020年选择考科目（政治、地理、历史、生物、物理、化学）考试范围以各学科国家课程标准为依据，包括必修和部分选修内容。

“条件成熟时，外语提供两次考试机会。”

同时，重庆、辽宁等2021年新高考省份对此的要求也基本一致。那么，到底2021年是否条件成熟， 目前犹未可知 。现在，我们只能参考一下浙江和山东的外语考试的相关情况：

1、浙江：一年两考，一考两用

在浙江省，高考外语可以考两次，一次是在高三上学期10月份左右，一次是在高考期间，并由考生自主选用其中1次成绩，且成绩两年有效。

2、山东：听力两次，笔试一次

2、做阅读理解的选择题时，同学们可以先看问题，带着问题在文中找答案。据统计，在阅读理解的15道选择题中，约有一半的题目可以直接在文中找到答案。一般来说，阅读理解部分的选择题，一般从三种方式中获取答案：

(1)词义推测题，这类题需要对某些关键词的语境推测出答案;

(2)推理判断题，这类题需要联系上下文，站在全文的角度来解题;

(3)事实细节题，这类题可以从文中直接找到相应答案，做这类题时，看题目中的主要词汇出现在文中的什么地方，答案一般就在所出现地方的前一句或者后一句，非常容易找到，希望同学们在这里尽量能多得些分。
